How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Homeowners who contact Eventsracial Floor Coating deserve fair treatment. If something goes wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Report
You can contact us about:
- How a call or message with Eventsracial Floor Coating was handled
- How your personal data was used or protected
- Anything on the site that looks wrong or confusing
- The conduct of a provider we referred you to
When the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one manages its own quotes, pricing, products, warranties and customer care. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, raise it with the provider first, in writing, and keep copies of what you send.
Please let us know too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Eventsracial Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act on a provider's behalf.
How to Submit
Email contact@eventsracial.beer and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you reached us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's company name, if known
- A short account of what happened and the result you want
What Happens Next
We confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then review the matter, which may involve speaking with the provider. After that, we tell you what we found and what we plan to do.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our reply does not resolve things, write back and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office or your local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help.
